How often should my cleaner come?

We offer multiple service options for residential and commercial properties.

Weekly Clean: Most popular for commercial businesses and busy families.

Bi-Weekly: If you have pets and/or children.

Monthly: Suitable if you are rarely at home or offices but are good at basic maintenance of most areas.

One-Time: Good for a deep clean every two months or so, or a couple times a year, but you’ll need to do some cleaning yourself in between visits. Most common for real estate agencies, construction cleanup, restoration companies, and move-in/move-out.

We recommend starting with a Weekly or Bi-Weekly clean for businesses, busy individuals, and families. After your trial, you’ll know whether the frequency is suitable for you. If you are finding that grime is building up in between visits, you can increase the booking. Or if your space is still spotless, you can cancel bookings.

If you have a bigger home filled with fluffy pets that leave pet hair everywhere and/or adorably messy little humans, you might need a more frequent service. People living alone, those who aren’t home very often, and people living in smaller homes may need a less frequent cleaning service.

If your budget is limited, consider having us do a basic cleaning and plan on doing more frequent cleanings yourself.

Cabinet-Diving

Meticulously cleaning through cabinets and drawers to unearth forgotten items, polishing them from top to bottom in kitchens, laundry rooms, bathrooms and closets. Removing items from shelves and cabinets and wiping them down. If the property is occupied, we typically concentrate on the outsides of cabinetry, but will dig deeper at the client’s request.

Commercial or Residential

Cleaning of high-touch areas throughout the space, including light switches, doorknobs, and countertops. Other areas, however, may require more attention.

During a deep clean, our cleaners wipe down walls and doors directly and clean shelves, fans, light fixtures, ceiling fans and air filters that don’t see as much use, leaving them to collect dust. On average, a deep cleaning session for a standard-sized home or office can take anywhere from four to eight hours with two helpers. It all depends on the size of the property and its current condition.

Dust??? / How Often to Deep Clean

If you or your family suffer from asthma, hay fever, allergies, or other health issues, cleaning becomes more than a luxury investment to save yourself time and stress—it’s a health consideration. So if that’s you, consider a more frequent cleaning schedule to prevent the buildup of dust, mold and allergens.

A deep clean once or twice a year would be ideal, but this may vary depending on your lifestyle, household/business size, and how well you maintain regular cleaning routines. But generally, a deep clean every 3–6 months is a good guideline.
