A very popular service that provides an easy way for tenants and homeowners to ensure their homes are thoroughly clean as they transition from one place to another. This includes cleaning walls, fixtures, appliances, furniture, inside cabinets, windowsills, blinds, light switches, baseboards, main areas, etc.

Recurring maintenance equals consistent cleanliness throughout your home or office. The service typically includes standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. However, you can customize your service to focus on specific areas or tasks based on your preferences.

Brand-new homes and offices, or spaces that have just been renovated, can be full of harmful dirt and dust. Construction cleanup makes these spaces safe for your clients to use.  Make a lasting impact by showcasing the end results of a job well done.

Deep cleans generally start with the ceilings, fans, air vents, and light fixtures, then move down to the walls, the furniture, the decors, blinds, inside/outside cabinetry, appliances, baseboards, surfaces, and finally the floor.

Deep cleaning can take more time to complete, but with enjoyable end results. It is one of the most common services among homeowners, real estate agencies, landlords, commercial properties, and anyone who would rather invest their time into other hobbies and interests. Leave the cleaning to the professionals!

Services and tailored cleaning solutions personalized to your unique needs, ensuring meticulous care for every space.

Our FAQs

We offer multiple service options for residential and commercial properties.

Weekly Clean: Most popular for commercial businesses and busy families.
Bi-Weekly: If you have pets and/or children.
Monthly: Suitable if you are rarely at home or offices but are good at basic maintenance of most areas.
One-Time: Good for a deep clean every two months or so, or a couple times a year, but you’ll need to do some cleaning yourself in between visits. Most common for real estate agencies, construction cleanup, restoration companies, and move-in/move-out.

We recommend starting with a Weekly or Bi-Weekly clean for businesses, busy individuals, and families. After your trial, you’ll know whether the frequency is suitable for you. If you are finding that grime is building up in between visits, you can increase the booking. Or if your space is still spotless, you can cancel bookings.

If you have a bigger home filled with fluffy pets that leave pet hair everywhere and/or adorably messy little humans, you might need a more frequent service. People living alone, those who aren’t home very often, and people living in smaller homes may need a less frequent cleaning service.

If your budget is limited, consider having us do a basic cleaning and plan on doing more frequent cleanings yourself.

After a construction or renovation project, the last thing you want is lingering dust, debris, or clutter. Is there a need to prepare surfaces by removing dust, cobwebs, or debris prior to painting or continuing with the project? Consider scheduling cleanings before and/or after construction.

Final Cleaning
This is the most detailed cleaning stage, intended to prepare the space for occupancy or use. In addition to dusting and wiping down surfaces, this cleaning phase often includes cleaning carpets, removing paint splatters, and ensuring that everything reflects the great work that you have completed.

Imagine hearing the last spin of that drill as your construction workers begin collecting their tools, loading up, and driving off to their next site.

Their job is done, and soon your area will be bustling with your employees and subcontractors each working hard to grow your business. Imagine the peace of mind in not having to worry about cleanup once the final nail is hammered, the construction dust is gone, and there are no more paint spills on the floor.

Efficiency
Whether the construction work is for your new commercial building or home, you want to move into the new structure as soon as possible. Construction completion doesn’t guarantee your safe entry into the building.

Cleaning experts will ensure the timely cleanliness of your facility so that you can resume your business operations. Hiring such services can save a lot of time and ensures that your staff can focus on other aspects such as business operations, planning the layout, and arranging equipment.

Cost-Effective
We typically charge a flat fee depending on the extent of the project, the materials and equipment required, and how far away the waste needs to be hauled.

There’s no need to buy the necessary cleaning materials, gear, or supplies, or to spend time scrubbing floors—we will do everything required and bring our materials and equipment to ensure that your new facility is safe, secure, and clean, ready for you to move in and start working.

Let us help reduce the length of time between the completion of your building project and the day you’re finally able to enjoy your new space and a job well done.
Whether you’re moving out of a rental, planning to put your home on the market, or buying a new home, your place needs a thorough cleaning. To save money, you’ve probably considered DIY cleaning.

We’re not saying that professional cleaners are necessarily going to do a better job at it than you’re capable of, but they definitely have the time, tools, chemicals, and know-how required to clean literally anything—from burnt-on stove residue to gnarly buildup/dust in mysterious places.

Get Your Deposit Back
One of the best benefits of hiring a move-out cleaning service is that it frees up valuable time. Hiring professionals will satisfy your landlord’s expectations, leaving you with your security deposit and a great referral.

Reduce the Stress of Moving
If you’ve moved out before, you know just how stressful things can become. Packing up your life, hauling your belongings, and juggling your normal duties—all of which take a lot of time and energy. Leaving the cleaning to a professional cleaning service enables you to focus on other more important things.

Improved Property Appeal
A clean, well-maintained property is more attractive to potential buyers, investors, and tenants. For landlords, real estate agents, homeowners, and management companies, this means reduced vacancy times and the potential for higher income, as clients are often willing to pay more for a pristine living space.
Whether it’s for your home or office, our Deep Cleaning Service is like a “spring cleaning on steroids”—every nook and cranny gets a thorough scrub, from the top of the highest shelf to the dust bunnies hiding under the couch, leaving your space freshly polished and ready to enjoy.

Dust-Busting Adventure
Imagine a cleaning crew as a team of “dust detectives” armed with backpack vacuums and dusters, searching for even the tiniest specks of dirt or cobwebs in order to banish them.

Cabinet-Diving
Meticulously cleaning through cabinets and drawers to unearth forgotten items, polishing them from top to bottom in kitchens, laundry rooms, bathrooms and closets. Removing items from shelves and cabinets and wiping them down. If the property is occupied, we typically concentrate on the outsides of cabinetry, but will dig deeper at the client’s request.

Commercial or Residential
Cleaning of high-touch areas throughout the space, including light switches, doorknobs, and countertops. Other areas, however, may require more attention.
During a deep clean, our cleaners wipe down walls and doors directly and clean shelves, fans, light fixtures, ceiling fans and air filters that don’t see as much use, leaving them to collect dust. Cleaning those lower-touch areas may not seem critical—but ensuring that the facility/home stays clean over time can be vital in preventing the spread of germs that make people sick. And we definitely don’t forget the importance of deep cleaning the bathroom throne!

Baseboards

Blinds

Inside Appliances

You can always add or remove items/areas on a deep-clean checklist in order to accommodate your needs and budget.

On average, a deep cleaning session for a standard-sized home or office can take anywhere from four to eight hours with two helpers. It all depends on the size of the property and its current condition.

If you or your family suffer from asthma, hay fever, allergies, or other health issues, cleaning becomes more than a luxury investment to save yourself time and stress—it’s a health consideration. So if that’s you, consider a more frequent cleaning schedule to prevent the buildup of dust, mold and allergens.

A deep clean once or twice a year would be ideal, but this may vary depending on your lifestyle, household/business size, and how well you maintain regular cleaning routines. But generally, a deep clean every 3–6 months is a good guideline.

Dust can accumulate over time, especially in areas that aren’t cleaned regularly. Dusting regularly can help keep your home clean and free of allergens. If you’re sensitive to dust, you can wear a mask while cleaning.

Did you know that dust is not just soil lifted by the wind that ends up in our spaces? Dust found in homes and offices is made up of about 20–50% dead skin cells! And of course other materials like plant pollen, human hairs, animal fur, textile fibers, paper fibers, and minerals from outdoor soil.

But of course dead skin cells always get us thinking about cleaning fans before turning them on to get fresh air! This ever-present dust is also a reminder of the continuous cycle of life and decay.
